Right from casting of the points we bestow great attention. We check for the blow holes in the carted articles. secondly in machining we check the machined points & thereafter points are assembled. After assembling the machining we run each machine continuously for more than 8 hours and then check them. Once again it is run for 2 or 3 hours and thereafter the machines are made ready to despatch.
Auxiliary items like Bearings etc. We use standard spare parts in case of nuts, bolts, bearings, etc.
After refitting, the machine is checked at every stage.
