In this type of machine there are 2 varieties

( 1 ) General Type
( 2 ) Heavy Type.

GENERAL TYPE spring loaded braiding machine are for synthetic yarns braiding and HEAVY TYPE are for wire like copper wire braiding .

These machine are MOUNTED WITH SPRING LOADED CARRIER and not with ordinary spindles.

In ordinary conventional braiding machine tension to the yarn is given by monme weight. There are enery possibillity of change to vary on the weight which consequence, affects the tension on the yarn or wire.

But in the spring loaded carrier machines imparting tension to the yarn is done by spring

Tensioner. So the yarn gets perfect tension . this results in more uniform furnished product then ordinary conventional final product.

More capacity of yarn is held in this machine then in the ordinary conventional machine.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY .

1. General type and heave type.
   150 mtrs per shift

DRIVE.
General type
1 hp motor can operate 300 spindles
Heave type.
1 hp motor for 10 to16 spindles
1.5 hp motor for 24 to 32 spindles
2.0 hp motor for 40 to 48 spindles

As earlier mentioned these machine are particulary suited for decorative braids. For decorative braids we manufacture 2 models.

(A) FB 1927 and (B) FB1215.

SPECIFICATIION OF THE ABOVE 2 MODELS ARE AS FOLLOWS .

Model FB1927 : this model produces cord edge braids, I, e the cord will have a braided tape on our edge.

Model FB1215 : this model produces zip zap braids with three different colours in parallel. This parallel colour can be effected on plain braids inplace of zig zag braids.

MATERIALS FOR GENERAL TYPE . Man made fibres.

MATERIAL FOR HEAVE TYPE : WIRES.
