SPINDLE : In winding yarn on to the bobbin, take care about the position of Ratchet part as shown on the right cut. The winding direction must be set without fail as marked by row and if not so, the bobbin will make empty running and the yarn would be deformed on the bobbin when yarn happens to be broken.

A line of yarn drawn from the bobbin is put through a small hole of spindle on which tension weight is inserted. Then, putting a bobbin weight thereon, you may introduce the yarn into an eyelet at the top of spindle, where from its end is picked upward one by one and to gather all the lines to the braiding point beneath the former.

STOP MOTION : After all the above process is concluded, the machine is prepared to stop whenever any of yarn should be broken during its running by kicking a stop motion bar with the tension weight, which will drop to the bottom of spindle as soon as the yarn is broken. This arrangement enables to prevent the bobbin from running in vain. Spindles will run always together with tension weight and bobbin weight to work perfectly for the above purpose.

GUIDE TO HANDLING

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS ON DRIVING :

1. To prevent the yarns from breakage or attrition, please polish the holes from yarn in the middle part of spindles.
2. To produce the better goods, please keep the Spindles very clear without fail, wiping off dirty 011 before starting.
3. To keep the satisfactory running, please oil a little to all the running parts of machine, but not too much or frequently in order to prevent the yarn from being spotted. (Refer to our Lubricant Recommendation Chart)
4. To keep smooth motion of up and down of Tension Weight, please polish the part oSpinalle on which it touches during moving. When its motion is not proper the result will make the worse braids, or make automatic stopmotion of on use.
5. The belt between Front Roller and Rear one (both for taking up and off the finished brads) must be always kept tensioned so as not to slip.
6. Do not drive the machine to the contrary direction, and be carefull when you attach the belt to the driving pulley from a main shaft.
7. The right direction is like as Worm Gear runs downwards in case you front to the machine.
